A Calling Takes Shape

From knowledge and experience

My passion for coaching began in 2009, when I saw how it was growing and the transformative impact it was having in Spain. After finding serious, rigorous university training, I immersed myself in the field, convinced that mindful support could create profound, lasting change in people's lives.

Since then, I have devoted my professional life to helping others find their purpose and reach their goals. With more than ten years of experience in Brazil, Portugal, and Spain, I have had the privilege of working with people, families, and professionals from diverse cultures and educational settings.

What I love most about this profession is witnessing the growth and transformation of the people I support. My approach is based on building trusting, collaborative relationships where dialogue, reflection, and intentional action open up new possibilities.

When motherhood

It Becomes a Mission

My journey in neurodiversity began at home. Then came years of medical appointments, therapeutic processes, and a great deal of uncertainty—an experience that became the driving force behind all my work.

Over time, ADHD also became part of my family's experience. Closely supporting a child, a teenager, and an adult through their individual journeys has helped me understand their challenges, strengths, and distinct ways of learning and relating to others through everyday experience. This personal experience complements my professional background and strengthens my commitment to a more inclusive and respectful education.

The Beginning

My Oldest Child Is Born

When he started school, we noticed that he learned and connected with others differently. This began twelve years of

medical appointments and therapeutic processes.

The Journey

Searching for Answers

For years, we lived with uncertainty as we searched for answers. Awareness was limited, and schools were not prepared to support or guide families.

Later

A Neurodiverse Family

Over time, neurodiversity also became part of my family. Closely supporting relatives across generations, each with their own strengths and needs, broadened my perspective and continues to inform my work.

Today

The Seal Is Born

This journey led to the creation of the Neurodiversity-Friendly School Seal, turning inclusive principles into real action.

My Source of Inspiration

My Family, My Greatest Teacher

It brings together diverse talents, personalities, and ways of thinking, teaching me to deeply value every person's individuality.

My mission as a coach and education consultant is to support families so they can raise their children with greater awareness, calm, and confidence. I see school as a key ecosystem in children's and teenagers' development.

Our Challenges Are Our Greatest Motivation

My family is my greatest source of learning and daily inspiration.

Oldest Child

Full of joy, empathy, and dedication. He has learned to channel his hyperfocus into his passions: origami, art, and chess.

Youngest Child

Known for social intelligence, kindness, independence, and empathy, this child enjoys mathematics, science, and engineering.

Husband — Industrial Engineer

Brilliant, with remarkable focus, resilience, and a commitment to excellence. His twice-exceptionality is reflected in everything he does.

Training and Science

Research and Commitment to Evidence

My personal and professional experiences have driven me to improve the way I handle life's challenges. This growth is the result of lessons learned and challenges I have faced throughout my journey.

🔬 Research Project · Master's in Neuropsychology

"Design of an Art Therapy-Based Intervention Program to Improve Executive Functions and Emotional Regulation in Children and Adolescents with ADHD"

This project reflects my commitment to a rigorous, evidence-based approach. In the long term, I intend to continue this line of research through doctoral studies, contributing to the development of clearer, more objective tools for identifying giftedness. I firmly believe that combining professional practice with scientific research is the way to create a real, lasting impact.

Works designed to help education professionals and families face everyday challenges with greater calm and awareness.

" I work every day to make the journey for families and schools kinder, more mindful, and more human. I deeply believe that when a school shifts its perspective, it transforms lives, and that we can prepare individuals who are emotionally resilient for the present and the future "
