Clear Steps
An inclusive school is not one that gets everything right; it is one that chooses to learn, adapt, and support every child wherever they are.

What Is the Seal?
An Accreditation That Matters
The Neurodiversity-Friendly School Seal is a certification program designed to recognize and support schools committed to the meaningful inclusion of neurodivergent students.
Certified schools demonstrate that their teaching teams are prepared, their methods are adapted, and their environment is truly welcoming to all students.
It is not a decorative seal. It is a process of assessment, training, and continuous improvement that transforms school culture from within.
Who it's for

A Seal that goes further
01
This Is Not Just a Formality
The Seal is not purchased or granted by filling out a form. It is the result of a genuine assessment, planning, and improvement process involving the entire school team.
02
Ongoing Support
Throughout the process and after certification, the school receives ongoing follow-up. You are not alone; a specialized team is behind you every step of the way.
03
Annual Renewal
Certification is not permanent. It is renewed every year because inclusion is an evolving process, not a snapshot. This helps ensure that the commitment is genuine and sustainable.
04
Evidence-Based
The certification criteria are grounded in scientific research on neurodiversity and inclusive education. They are supported standards, not opinions.
05
Visible to families
Families of neurodivergent children actively look for certified schools. The Seal is the sign they need to choose your school with confidence.
06
Network of Friendly Schools
When you earn certification, you become part of a growing network of committed schools. Share experiences, resources, and good practices with other teaching teams.
Contribution to educational research
The Seal is not just a recognition; it is also a source of real knowledge about what works in the classroom.
🔬 Each certified school may voluntarily and anonymously participate in collecting data on inclusive practices.
📊 The data inform a research initiative focused on the well-being and executive functioning of neurodivergent students.
🏆 Only schools that earn certification are published; the others are not identified.
✅ Participation adds no administrative burden — you contribute what you are already doing.
Research areas
Well-being of neurodivergent students, development of executive functions, and emotional regulation in an inclusive school setting.
Participation
100% voluntary and anonymous. Schools share information about what they already do — with no extra forms or administrative burden.
Recognition
Research results are presented anonymously and in aggregate. Only schools that earn certification are identified.
